QUIÉNES SOMOS EN COCINAS TORREJÓN

  Our new kitchen has just been installed and we are delighted with the result. In Torrejón kitchens they have an incredible human team, all very professional and they guide and advise you very well. After asking for a quote in several places, a friend told us about them and after following her advice, we visited the exhibition and decided immediately, since the value for money is the best we have found. We want to make a special mention to the assemblers, Rui and Fernando, for their impeccable work and their kindness and good humor, they even did us a great favor with a piece of furniture in a bedroom, thanks again for your help. I recommend them without hesitation and of course we will count on them for future projects.

  Aún no me han montado la cocina, pero la atención ha sido excelente, han tenido toda la paciencia del mundo y un diseño muy profesional ofreciéndonos todas las alternativas hasta que he quedado completamente convencida. Recomendables!!

  Hemos tenido una experiencia muy positiva. Pusimos los electrodomésticos y modificamos un mueble. El presupuesto nos lo enviaron en seguida y pudimos escoger lo que mejor nos venía, siempre muy bien asesorados. Son muy profesionales. Nosotros quedamos encantados!   Disappointed. I made an appointment with Cocinas Torrejón, guided by the good Google reviews and because they're supposedly manufacturers, they offer better prices. I made an appointment with them, but upon arrival, they asked me three times if I had an appointment, suspiciously. They were with other customers and told us they'd see us shortly. Their friendliness was somewhat lacking; they're quite restrained and don't even offer to let us sit while we wait. We looked at the display, which is quite small. Once we were seated, they drew up the design for us, but they don't give us recommendations, nor are they detailed or very pleasant to deal with. Once the design was finalized, they gave us the quote, and to my surprise, it was very high for a direct factory quote without intermediaries. I've consulted other kitchen companies (where the service has been much better and they do operate intermediaries), and even with good quality, the kitchen ended up being considerably cheaper. In my case, going to Cocinas Torrejón wasn't a good idea.

  We can't put a single but. It has been a real pleasure to work with them. Very good from the beginning to the end. Everything has been done as agreed. And if the slightest problem has arisen with any detail of the assembly, they have been there to solve it the next day. Let's go perfection and seriousness.
