  ( Lea hasta el final, ha sido editado según acontecimientos) Si bien tras poner nuestra cocina con ellos estábamos muy contentos con el trato, el diseño y la profesionalidad, hoy, 4 meses más tarde, hemos comunicado una incidencia con una puerta y la respuesta ha sido que están teniendo muchos problemas porque la gente compra thermomix y la usa en la cocina sin saber que estropea los muebles, de manera que es problema mío y me pasarán presupuesto para cambiar las puertas. Les pedí expresamente que montasen un grupo filtrante potente, pero parece que tampoco es suficiente. Muy mal final para una relación profesional que había empezado muy bien. Edito la reseña porque nos llamaron para decirnos que era un malentendido y pocos días más tarde, efectivamente, han procedido al cambio. Nos dejan un consejo para que nuestra cocina dure toda la vida : encienda su campana extractora 3 minutos antes de empezar a cocinar y apáguela 5 minutos después. Evitando usar thermomix bajo campana con una distancia libre de 55 cm o menos.

It's clear he knows his job well and is committed to ensuring the client's complete satisfaction. The end result was a beautiful, functional, and high-quality kitchen.   Very professional. They help you throughout the entire design process and give you ideas. They handle any issues that may arise quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended. I'm thrilled with my kitchen! The installers are also very friendly and efficient!

  Disappointed. I made an appointment with Cocinas Torrejón, guided by the good Google reviews and because they're supposedly manufacturers, they offer better prices. I made an appointment with them, but upon arrival, they asked me three times if I had an appointment, suspiciously. They were with other customers and told us they'd see us shortly. Their friendliness was somewhat lacking; they're quite restrained and don't even offer to let us sit while we wait. We looked at the display, which is quite small. Once we were seated, they drew up the design for us, but they don't give us recommendations, nor are they detailed or very pleasant to deal with. Once the design was finalized, they gave us the quote, and to my surprise, it was very high for a direct factory quote without intermediaries. I've consulted other kitchen companies (where the service has been much better and they do operate intermediaries), and even with good quality, the kitchen ended up being considerably cheaper. In my case, going to Cocinas Torrejón wasn't a good idea.

  Very good attention. Very good professionals, both in the store and the assemblers, very punctual, serious. During the design I made several changes and they never put me down. They guide and advise you. Once the kitchen was assembled I had a problem and they solved it quickly without any objection. Thank you very much!
